Snow, Snow, No!

The long, gloomy winter finally began to show a sign of closing in coming to a close, when, of all things, a full-fledged snowstorm struck this area for two days. Come on. I'm fed up with snow, especially this year's. I'm already in the "spring" mode, so, come what may, I will not shovel the snow any more. Hey, Winter, clear the shit away by yourself.

Hmmm, I've not been in the mood for blogging recently. March is the end of the school year here, and so I'm kind of burnt out around this time.

April, and spring, will give me lively energy again, and I'll make a fresh start for the new semester. Hopefully.

TOTO Toilets

It's been a long time since I blogged about toilets last. I used to be a toilet master. And speaking of toilet companies, haha, most Japanese would think of one called TOTO. I didn't know they have this funny song for kids. The melody is easy to remember. The animation looks cute and humorous. The song words are, um, kinda bold. I like it. Don't you?

Paper

I've been tidying up my workroom for three days now. I'm no good at setting things in order, and so my room has grown into such a mess that there's no place to step. It's literally "足の踏み場もない状態 (ashi no fumiba mo nai jotai)" in Japanese. What I've found out so far is the fact that the room was filled with a great amount of paper - books and magazines, handouts, leaflets, sample textbooks sent from teaching material companies, and such and such. At first, I thought it would take forever to clear them up.

I often hear, like on TV or in books, some famous people say that even though their rooms look untidy, they know exactly where the necessary stuff is. That's definitely not the case with me. I'm lost in the woods of paper. Who said long ago that the consumption of paper would dramatically decrease with the use of digital devices?

Anyway, as a result of the three-day struggle, my room looks neat, well, much better than before. Phew. Now I'm scared of paper.

WinRG

Well, well, I'm still in bad shape with the cold. Maybe Windows is always in a condition like this, I guess. And, yeah, this is really funny and real! Enjoy!

Spring!

Hi, folks. How are you doing? I've had a cold for the last couple of days, which has made me keep quiet without updating this site. Don't say it's an excuse. ;)

When you have a cold and fever, you feel as if you were totally helpless and it would last forever. Every time I catch one, I realize how wonderful it is to be healthy at all. And end up forgetting it over time.... Pretty funny.

Well, it's March, isn't it? It's still winter in Hokkaido, but spring is not far away. The thought makes me feel good. So, I changed the look of the site a bit. Looks like spring, eh?
